Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and mail them to our warehouse using the prepaid shipping label provided in your authorization email.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
